HOW CAN I BECOME PART OF THE ORGANIZATION?

Register with us in one of three ways:

 

Option 1: Register in person by visiting us in the school lobby during Back to School Night.

 

Option 2: Email us at pkvespioneerspto@gmail.com

 

Option 3: Sign up for our text reminders by texting @pkvespto to 81010.  

How much does it cost to be a member?

Since becoming a PTO, we have reduced our dues to $5.  If this fee is problematic, please contact us.  

WHEN AND WHERE ARE MEETINGS HELD?

The PTO board meets monthly, typically on the first week of each month just after morning drop off at 8:30PM.   This can change based on the availability of board members from year to year.  No meetings occur in June or July. 

The PTO members at large attend meetings twice per year, at a time to be determined and distributed based on the needs of the PTO.  Typically once in the fall and once in the spring.  The spring meeting is dedicated to closing out the current school year, and preparing for the future by electing new officers and approving the budget (quorum required).  The fall meeting is purposed for preparation for the current school year and upcoming events. 

Our first at large meeting will be Tuesday August 29 at 5:30PM.
